R&H Theatricals is thrilled to announce that for certain of the musicals in our catalogue and under certain specific circumstances permission can now be obtained to create a video tape.

That's right — now, with a valid performance license for CINDERELLA, FLOWER DRUM SONG, THE KING AND I, A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING, OKLAHOMA!, SOME ENCHANTED EVENING, and SOUTH PACIFIC, permission to video tape your performance can be obtained by requesting an R&H Theatricals Archival Video License.

There are two great ways to take advantage of the Archival Video License:

For your organization — you may create one copy of a video solely for archival viewing purposes.  An administration fee of $50 applies for this licensed usage.

For cast and crew — you may create up to 100 copies of a video solely for distribution to your cast, crew and orchestra as a keepsake and solely for their private viewing.  An administration fee of $300 applies for this licensed usage.

It is the unique nature of The R&H Organization as owners of copyrights that allows us to say YES!  It is our ongoing commitment to meet your needs that compels us to do the same. However, it is important to note that these new archival/keepsake videos are still subject to copyright law.  Under no circumstances may they be re-copied, sold, broadcast or distributed in any way.
